“What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?”‭‭Romans‬ ‭6:1-2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

  1. Oh wow….unfortunately, redeemed-by-Grace Christians still sin (earthly bodies yet), so some may read this and feel condemnation attack them, which does not help matters 🙂

      • Oh good, thanks for clearing that up for me–I still have trouble separating which portions of the Bible were written for who…which is why I really like Joseph Prince, as a Bible teacher. Thanks again–God bless you!

      • Church was Fabulous! Guest preacher, Craig Groeschel spoke about the “selfie-obsessed” culture; and how the ability to put filters on not just our pictures but every communication device, has caused people to lose their authenticity–and actually fear and avoid “talking” to people in person. We Fear that others won’t Like the “real us”–rather than focusing on how God, who truly sees us “for real”, LOVES us. Technology has created distance, rather than the hoped for “connections”–intimacy which fills the deep inner need of the heart. When we lose authenticity, driven to appear “perfect”, the result is that we’re actually less likable/approachable–because we may “impress” people with our strengths, but we “connect” with them from our weaknesses.

      • That’s a little ironic; for me Writers Quote Wednesday/BeWoW post (already scheduled) I touched on how selfie-obsessed be are.
